There is large amount of foundation work being completed in South Tampa.  We feel by having our own adjustable supports we are able to better serve our customers.

We had our own support molds fabricated, and have a full line of Penn Support piers. Penn Support piers have been tested by Brown Testing Laboratories, Inc. They have given us sealed engineered results that show a breaking force rate of an average of 50,000 pounds.

We have drawn up plans and specifications for Penn Support piers and had them sealed by our structural engineer. In addition, we have filed sealed plans with the City of Tampa. This will expedite our permitting process.
